A. _oik-bwtrace-MU is the Must Use version of the oik-bwtrace plugin. It’s sometimes put into play when tracing is enabled. It’s used to count the number of action hooks and filters from as early as possible.

Deactivating _oik-bwtrace-MU

To deactivate the Must Use logic.

1. On oik trace options ensure the Trace enabled checkbox for General browser requests is checked.
2. On oik action options deselect the Count action hooks and filters check box and Save changes.
3. This should remove the Must Use plugin.
4. On oik trace options ensure tracing is no longer enabled.
