Documentation for the oik-fields plugin

The oik-fields plugin has been around for just over a year. It has been used in the creation of a number of oik plugins, which deliver functionality using custom post types and custom fields. There is an initiative for the WordPress community to deliver a core plugin that will perform something similar to the APIs in oik-fields… and all the other plugins and libraries that exist out there.
