New alpha test version of oik

Today, the latest alpha test version of the oik base plugin was made available on both oik-plugins.com and oik-plugins.co.uk. It primarily contains a fix to the [bw_contact_form] shortcode. The [bw_contact_form] shortcode is probably the easiest contact form shortcode to use.
