Earlier today the UK-tides plugin surpassed the 1,000 downloads milestone. This prompted me to tweet.

To mark this special occasion I have updated the banner image – which was last updated exactly a year ago – to show the tide times and heights for today at the tidal gauge nearest to us.
And there’s a first – I’ve not seen the Low Tide showing a negative height before! I wonder if it was possible to walk to Hayling Island earlier today?
