Why did you choose oik?

I wanted something short and memorable. If you know where to look you’ll find that it’s the last word before Bobbing Wide. And Bobbing Wide is the company that produces oik-plugins. oik is a backronym; the letters in the word OIK defining the letters in the acronym.
